Low cal chocolate truffles, 15 cals each

I'm an ex-slimming world member, so I wanted to use up my scan bran supplies, but this recipe would work just as well using ryvita or all bran etc.

25g scan bran (55 cal)
25g original ryvita crackerbread (79 cal)
20g cocoa powder (66 cal)
Splenda to taste - (say about 20 cals worth)
30 streamline jam (51 cal)
10g of dark choc highlights to dust (30 cal)

Total 301 cals, makes 20 truffles, so about 15 cals each!!

1. Break the ryvita and scan bran into a mixer and crush (or whack in a bag with a rolling pin).
2. Mix in the jam, splenda, cocoa, and a splash of hot water to bind it. (Easier in a food mixer)
3. Taste to check sweetness, then roll into little balls and coat in the dark choc highlights.

Voila! These are extremely chocolatey, very very rich so you only need a few. Also BONUS - they are high in fiber!!
