low calorie healthy eating...

    Absolutely the best way. And also the easiest, most convenient, less complicated and likeliest way to actually keep it off without the yoyo effect of losing, gaining it all back again plus more besides, etc. Good luck!

    good luck, it amazed me all the diets id tred but i had never done simple low fat calorie counting! so easy welcome to the forum x
