    Hi all
Just wondering about making a pavlova with splenda? Has anyone tried this or made meringue (sp?) nests? I thought it would be nice with berries and fresh cream.

Funny how I'm thinking of deserts more so whilst on Atkins?

Hi Libby, I believe the meringues are fine with splenda, only the berries after induction.

Yes, reading the bit at the bottom of the recipe - apparently it might be something to do with using splenda rather than sugar. Ho hum, if they taste good who cares?! :)
