Mug cakes
1 banana, mashed in bottom of cup
2 table spoon nut butter mix with banana
2 table spoon cocoa powder
1 egg mix all together really well
Add sweetener if you want - honey/ maple syrup
Add chopped nuts if you want
Zap in microwave for 2 mins
Serves 2 - per portion is 12.8g carb
