Low carb throat soothers

Does anyone know a good low carb throat soother/sinus clearer? I'm singing on Sunday and of course have a slight cold. I usually use honey and lemon in hot water.

I've been using Ricola menthol sugar drops, 97g of carbs....but 97g of polyols too....

Reeally want to stay away from polyols if I can. I guess I'll just have to see if I can belt through the clog.
