You could mix some of it with a crumbled meringue and have it for dessert with fruit.
Or you could mix a HEXA worth of strong cheese into some of it. Leave it in the fridge overnight and use it as a cheesy topping for jacket potatoes.
Or you could mix some of it with a bit of mustard, herbs, salt and pepper and extra low fat mayonnaise as a dressing for coleslaw.
Or you could mix some of it with muller light yoghourt to make SW ice cream.
Stir some into soup or curry or stroganof.
Put some on your cereal for breakfast (with or without meringue or sweetener).
