Low fat milk.

I know this might seem like a silly question as it's a very basic thing but how much low fat milk counts as a HexA? If it's not counted then how many syns?

I have a craving for something sweet so I might make some rice pudding, yum!
I've lost my SW book so I'm relying on you lovely people at the minute!

HEXA - Semi skimmied - 250ml Syns - 2 level tbsp 0.5 or 568ml - 13.0

Skimmed - 350ml Syns - 3 level tbsp 0.5 or 568ml - 9.0

Healthy extra amounts are 175ml of whole milk, or 250ml of semi skimmed, or 350ml of skimmed.

If you want to syn it a pint of milk (568ml) is 18 1/2 syns whole milk, 13 syns semi skimmed or 9 syns skimmed.
