    Low fat I worked out to be 41/2 would this b right? Coffee shop only does low fat and not skimmed

    it depends what is classed as low fat tbh

    skimmed milk is 1 point per 1/2 pint
    semi skimmed is 1.5 points per 1/2 pint
    soya is 1.5 per 1/2 point
    whole is 4 points per 1/2 point

    my guess would be that low fat would be like semi skimmed? so maybe 3 points per pint
