Bachelors savoury rice is definitely free of syns, I live on the stuff lol. Not sure about the other - are they bachelors too?

the low fat ones are but not the 'normal' noodles

Just checked and if they are the Batchelors super low fat super noodles then they are free on a green day. Anything else though, and you would need to double check. Good luck

In Asda at the mo you can get 4 for a £1 on either Batchelors Savoury Rice and/or Batchelors Super noodles INCLUDING the low fat (free) ones
