Low(ish) Syn favourites and new discoveries

Theres a really popular thread on WW for favourites and new discoveries which I thought might be worth starting here.

Any new finds we make or something thats a free or low Syn favourite that people might not know about (as opposed to things like Mugshots and Mullers) or maybe a low syn equivelent to a higher syn item

Now I know these sound really high, but if like me you thought you would NEVER be able to eat a Krispy Kreme doughnut, I found out recently they really aren't as terrible as I thought. I can still have one and stay within syns (for extreme diet emergencies!!)

Krispy Kreme:
Chocolate iced glazed doughnut 12.5 syns
Original glazed doughnut 10 syns
Powdered strawberry filled doughnut, 13 syns

I know what you mean CP, I had an eclaire yesterday and it was 6 syns!
