low low snack pack

hi im new to slimming world and was just wondering if anyone knew the syn value of the low low snack packs please?

There's no free food allowance in them so you can work out the Syns as 20 calories = 1 Syn.

If my memory serves me right they are about 8 or 9 Syns.
