    Hiya,

My boyf wants me to come for a Chinese meal with him and his sister tomorrow. I have got some points saved so far this week, but would still like to go for the lowest point options...but I don't really know what they are! I usually just avoid eating out when I'm dieting, but think I need to stop putting life on hold for a diet!!

So....any ideas for low point Chinese options?

    Any help gratefully appreciated!!!!!

chicken and pineapple or chicken and mushroom is only 3 points
If you have boiled rice its only 6.5 points
Prawn crackers are 5 points for the whole bag!
Chinese is a good takeaway to have!
I like a chicken chow mein too, thats only 7.5 points (same with beef)
Just enjoy it, you can always make up points! :)

Have a look at the Eating Out Guide sticky at the top of the page, it has a whole section of Chinese food :)

mushroom chow mein is totally worth it :D its my favourite chinese option ever! It sounds boring but is really really tasty and very filling because of all the noodles :) anyway, i hope you enjoy whatever you have! xx
