Low point Chinese options???

    Hiya,

    My boyf wants me to come for a Chinese meal with him and his sister tomorrow. I have got some points saved so far this week, but would still like to go for the lowest point options...but I don't really know what they are! I usually just avoid eating out when I'm dieting, but think I need to stop putting life on hold for a diet!!

    So....any ideas for low point Chinese options?

    Any help gratefully appreciated!!!!!

    chicken and pineapple or chicken and mushroom is only 3 points
    If you have boiled rice its only 6.5 points
    Prawn crackers are 5 points for the whole bag!
    Chinese is a good takeaway to have!
    I like a chicken chow mein too, thats only 7.5 points (same with beef)
    Just enjoy it, you can always make up points! :)

    mushroom / vegetable chow mein is 4 points
    chicken and cashew nuts is 6 or 7..
    chop suey's are low in points too - prawn / vegetable / chicken are the lowest i know that although i cant remember the points values exactly.. sorry!

    mushroom chow mein is totally worth it :D its my favourite chinese option ever! It sounds boring but is really really tasty and very filling because of all the noodles :) anyway, i hope you enjoy whatever you have! xx
