Can anyone suggest any lower syn burgers ( not meat free ones). I try and search on here but it throws up every other diet too as it seems to search by keyword! Thanks

The tesco venison chilled ones are a syn each. They are lovely. They are in a 2 pack and i think there much nicer then the beef ones.

Sounds like you are using the wrong search tool. Use tHe button at the top right of the sticky section that says 'search forum'

I use a pack of light choices Cumberland sausages and make into 3 burgers and they are nice big and meaty and 3.5 syns each!

I make my own burgers. Extra lean mince and seasoning. Syn free and delicious. You can experiment with different herbs or chilli powder etc
