Low syn cereal bars help

Morning all!
I'm after so help really, I'm loving cereal bars as a mid morning pick me up and I am after some low syn suggestions. I know alpen lights are 3.5 but they are sooo expensive! I'm after one for under 5 syns ideally!

hi, try the tesco value apricot and chocolate, they're 4.5 and only 76p a pack, and yummy, not light and airy

The Weetabix Oaty bars (choc, strawberry or White choc) are only 3.5 syns each and are generally on offer in one of the big stores.
