Low syn choc cake?

Just seen this on tv so been online for the recipe, looks like the cake part would be low syn. Wouldn't be doing the prunes in Marsala bit though as don't like either, but was thinking strawberries in the fromage frais for the filling, or raspberries? Can someone please work out the exact syn value? It makes 4 ramekin sized cakes. Obviously I would use fry light for greasing. And would use fat free fromage frais for the filling, so just the syn value for the cake is needed please. Thanks X

The only syns would come from the cocoa powder which doesn't have a free food allowance so depending on which brand you use, count 1 syn per 20 cals - I would say in this instance that it would work out at around 1 syn per portion but that's using a bit for dusting too.
