Oh, don't go for the Thai sweet chilli, because whenever I or anyone else I know eats them, we all seem to sit and choke! It's like the flavouring is in a powder and it makes you cough when you eat them. Although the cheese and spring onion ones are rather tasty, but I haven't seen the salt and vinegar ones before. I would imagine they would be quite tasty though. Anyway, you get similar things in the eat smart range from morrisons, they are called soy and potato snacks. The sweet chilli ones of them are good and are 5 syns in a packet, but you get more per pack than velvet crunch
ooh wheat crunchies *drools* i used to eat a few bags of the bacon flavoured ones at a time they are amazing! lol i dunno if you have seen or heard of pombear crisps, in a red or green packet depending on flavour teddy shaped crisps 5 syns a bag and they satisfy my crisp craving everytime they are soooo nice. I get mine in a six pack from asda

Can I ask who here has a daily bag of crisps or a chocolate bar? I am starting day 1 on ee today and i am here for round 2 of my weight lose. I like to treat my mind to make diets/ healthy eating seem worth it. A bag of crisps or a choccy bar would be good daily as a treat.
Is this something you guys do or are you just eating 100% healthy?
