Low Syn custard?

Hi, I've just had some ambrosia low fat custard, 5 syns for 100g.

Does anyone know if i was to make it with custard powder, and skimmed milk what the syns would be?

Hi julie, after reading your post i wonder if a banana and custard or vanilla muller light would be suitable substitute ??

It takes some time remembering to work out alternatives.

No Probs julie, i live off muller light's all though they dont fill me up it gives me my sweet fix as i've cut out chocolate and all my other bad habits .. Glad to be of some help

Danny, I've started to have mini twister ice creams for my quick sweet fix. 2 1/2 syns each but they really do hit the spot.
