Hi folks, I have a egg allergy.. and all the recipes i can find for Low syn brownies involve EGG (and lots of it)

Anyone out there got an eggless (and preferably Bananaless) Version?

cheers

I found a recipe recently and converted it into syns... It uses egg but you actually don't need it at all.

No Pudge Brownie Clone Recipe - Food.com

Fat free brownies
4 syns each
Makes 16:

1 cup sugar (201g or 7oz)
3/4 cup flour (96g or 3.4 oz)
1/2 cup cocoa (64g or 2.25oz)
2 teaspoons cornflower
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt (a 6 oz. container - 1 muller light)
nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 Mix all dry ingredients.
3 Add yogurt and mix well.
4 Batter will be very thick.
5 Spray an 8x8 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
6 Spread batter evenly.
7 Bake for 30-35 minutes.
8 Remove and cool.
9 Dip a knife in warm water and cut into 16 squares.

You can substitute the sugar with 100g half spoon or 100g sugar/a couple tablespoons of Splenda to reduce the syns to 3 syns each but they are a little less crumbly in texture. I don't think you necessarily need all that cocoa powder but you can experiment!
