low syn hot cross buns ?

hi does anyone know if theres a recipe for low syn hot cross buns cause all the shop ones are high in syns and i can never eat just one thanx

Unless u can figure out low syn replacements for flour, sugar, milk, butter & dried fruit i think this would be a non starter! I think hot cross buns will be more difficult to resist than easter eggs for me!!

I think you are probably on a hiding to nothing there - there is a reason why we have weight problems and it's things like this. But that's what your syns are for so if you really want one then go for it.

On another thread somebody said they had found a bread by Warburtons which was just like hot cross buns. Don't know anymore sorry, but it's worth looking into
