Low syn packet cheese sauce?

Hi,

I've just done a search on the forum but I can't find the answer!

Is there a packet mix of cheese sauce that's low in syns? I've looked up colmans on SW site and it says 8 syns for the pack (so I guess 4 syns if you eat half?)

Are there any others do you know? I wanted to make a fish pie with cheese sauce and didn't want to make my own and try to work out he syn value!

I had a look at the other brands and the Colmans one seems to be the lowest in syns
