Can anyone recommend and low syn sweets? I'm thinking along the lines of shrimps, coconut mushrooms, milk bottles etc. I have a serious craving for something like that at the moment (I'm only in my 2nd week) and if I can't find a suitable alternative then I might just end up being very very naughty!!
