Low syns spread?

As I have ditched my beloved Lurpak for now:cry:(fare thee well my old friend) I'm looking for a replacement spread. To date I have seen Flora and St Ivel extra light - both at 2.5 syns per 100g

Much better than many other spreads and ALL butters. I struggle guessing how many syns to add for spread and probably over-compensate.

Anyone know of any others or have I missed a better butter?

Yes I already use butter buds. it is mainly for bread, toast etc. - my bread intake is much reduced, but I want to find something new.

At 2.5 syns per oz (28g) that is only approx 23 syns per 250g pack - that would last ages:cool: - compared to 90-95 for Lurpak which makes you put it on thick (seems like it lol)

I eat Bertolli Light- so u get ur olive oil and low syns!
Maybe I cant believe its not butter Light? OR Flora Xtra Light
I can't stand butter so i think im lucky really- although I dont know what my partner would do without his Lurpak!
(Im so picky with Brands :S)

Hope this helps

I love butter but have gone with Flora Extra light and it's great. At 2.5 syns per ounce my 2 slices of bread are approx 1 syn's worth.
