lowest points bread rolls!!!

Hi all im struggling on my early shifts for what to eat during the day. So have decided to take a filled roll with me, could any1 tell me the lowest pointed bread roll to have please...or 2,lol

well its not really a roll . but warburton thins are 3pp

Tesco wholemeal rolls that come in a pack of 6 are 3pp.. Quite soft and filling.

weightwatchers have mini baguettes at 3pp each. I had a fried egg in one for lunch....5pp total and filling
