    Hi all I need a big kick up the bum, have been doing SW on and off for 10 years + have reached target numerous times and then back to square one.

    Had my 2nd baby a year ago and am ready to get organised and shift at least a stone so I can wear the clothes I want and not have to look at things to cover arms, stomach etc.

    So this is why I am starting a food diary please any comments on where I can improve things are more than welcome:), I do mainly green or EE and hope to get through a wee without sneaking in a few extras.

    EE DAY

    BREAKFAST

    57g Wholemeal Bread (HE)
    Lean Bacon
    Poached Egg
    Tomato Sauce (.5syns)

    Lunch

    Lean Lamb
    SW Dry Fry Roasts
    Veggies
    Gravy (2.5syns)

    Frozen fruits, fromage frais, mullerlite and meringue squirty cream (3.5syns)

    Snack

    SW Wedges BBQ Sauce (1.5 syns)
    Highlights Hot Choc (2syns)
    Chocolate Eclair Sweet (1syn)

    TOTAL SYNS 11
