Hi all I need a big kick up the bum, have been doing SW on and off for 10 years + have reached target numerous times and then back to square one.

Had my 2nd baby a year ago and am ready to get organised and shift at least a stone so I can wear the clothes I want and not have to look at things to cover arms, stomach etc.

So this is why I am starting a food diary please any comments on where I can improve things are more than welcome:), I do mainly green or EE and hope to get through a wee without sneaking in a few extras.
