    Me again,

Yesterday I noticed I have some sort of lump in the back of my throat and I have to keep taking big gulps to clear it but within 15mins it'll be back.

Is this me going crazy, or because I'm a smoker, or because of ketosis?

    :thankyou:

Sounds like it could be acid reflux, your stomach OK ?

Me tummy's been a rumbling pretty often - like a bubbling sensation. Now and again I get the odd pain but nothing major.

I haven't got tonsils but its around that area there.. it feels really weird lol. I have been waking up with sore throats but it tends to get better througout the day. My lips keep getting pretty dry and my mouth does too.

    Thanks for your replies x

Enjoy the last day before the diet leehal! x

Oh and also I've been having Beechams medicine for coughs. My mum's telling me not to worry about it but I'm concerned that it has calories or something :(

I am not sure Beechams are any better than plain old paracetomol.

If you had some of the fruit water additive stuff you could make a hot fruit drink and take some paracetomol.

when i was going into ketosis i had swollen glands and dry throat for a couple of days . leehal is right paracetamol, not fancy ones just bog standard , all the rest is just advertising . read back of packets , cough medicine, pain killers etc are just sugar, caffeine and small amount active ingredients. is glands below ears stay up and you dont feel better ,see gp
