Lumpy soup

Onto day 2 now. Yesterday I had the thai chicken soup, wasnt a huge fan but fear I made it too thick. Today I had the veg soup, SO MUCH NICER!! Only problem is thatit was really lumpy, cos I am at work i dont have a whisk or loads of time to get rid of the lumps? Any advice welcome!!!
 
When I used to have the soups if I didn't have a whisk to use I would sieve out the lumps!

Or adding a small amount of water to the soup powder and mixing it til it's a smooth paste (so lumps are gone) and then adding the rest of the water and stirring also worked for me.
