Original Lunch Time Help

    Please help me... I normally have a lot more green days to red as I struggle with what to have for lunch on a red day. I don't like bread so sandwiches are not an option! Im bored of salads!
    Any suggestions?

    Ryvita with cottage cheese? Omelette, if you are at home you make a syn free chilli or curry, SW Quiche.

    Just a few idea's for you.

    I'm gonna assume your at home.

    Cut up some bacon into a frying pan with fry light and add some sliced onion. Fry for a couple of minutes. Meanwhile in a jug or something mix 3 eggs, a dollop of fromage frais, half your cheese allowance and salt and pepper. Mix it all together with a fork and pour over the bacon and onion. Sprinkle remainder of cheese and stick it under the grill to brown up. it's my favourite omelette and on an extra easy day I have it with some baked beans....yummeh!

    Oh I wish I didn't like bread.....!!

    What about sausages chopped up into some ratatouille? Or some chicken and vegetable soup? Crab sticks and prawns are great too with a bit of sweet chilli sauce (synned) and rocket.
