Ahhh Lunchtime..

What are you all eating for lunch? I need inspration...

I've got time to make something good, got pretty much basic staples (eggs, potatoes etc...) but don't know what to make...
Any ideas...?
Oh, and i only do Green days...

I am on red today so lots of chicken ham and pickles for me mmmmmmm
I love sw chips, egg and beans on green though or just a jacket pot with beans and cheese.

What about something like a Spanish tortilla? Sliced cooked potates, chopped peppers, garlic, onions, etc, bound together with beaten egg. A bit like an omlette with all the sliced potatoes and veg in it. You could serve it with salad.

But i've had an omlette for breakfast lol so maybe another day for that one! haha xx

Ooh it all sounds so yum. I want to make a cous cous cake but alas, have none of the ingredients...

I think i'm going to make cheesy sweet potato mash with quorn sausages, some bovril stock and veg... maybe lol.. xx

Hubby 'nicked' half of it .... and I had to dash out to yoga class ... so couldn't come back and say how tasty it was with yoghurt.

Now I will be looking out for Cous Cous Cake Yoghurts!!!!!!!
