Wholegrain cous cous, made with beef stock, diced ham and tomatoes with a side salad including beetroot. Some plums to follow...

Oooo...nothing as exciting as you two!

Im having a chicken salad with extra light mayo for lunch and then making some homemade lamb burgers with more salad for my tea..its weigh day for me this evening!

for lunch today i am having lentil and carrot soup that i made last night :) loaded with a cold so soup is defo a good plan!

not sure what to have for dinner 2night quite fancy something different from the norm but can't taste much at the moment with this stupid cold so not much point :( hmmf

Lunch i'm having pasta with sauce made out of canned toms, mushrooms, onions and sweetcorn.

Tonight i'll have quorn sausages, baked beans and scrsmbled eggs :)

3 x tblspn ex light mayo (3syns)
1/2 tin sweetcorn

Snack
1 large orange (Speedy Food)
and going to tesco to get more fruit!!

Dinner
Mixed veg (Speedy Food) with chicken curry

Sounds great girls - Well i just had ham and veg risotto and baked potato and fruit (yumyum)

I had a spicy mugshot for lunch with 3 crisprolls topped with laughing cow onion and ham with cherry tomatoes. Lf yogurt and tangerine for pudding

Tea is mince, onion, peas, cabbage, carrot and sweed mash and mash potatoes. Nice comfort food for a snowy day. :) Lf sugarfree jelly and plums for pudding

For lunch I made some vegetable soup.

Basically I put some carrots, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, peppers,peas and sweet potato in a pan with 2 1/2 pints vegetable stock and just simmered it until all the veg was cooked. I then blended them all together and it has made enough to feed an entire army. I then added some chicken to my bowlful. I will freeze some and the rest I will be able to have during the week.

Tea is going to be peppered beef casserole with mash potatoes, carrot & swede. This was a meal we had last week but there was some left over so I froze it.

I am having salmon and left over stir fry for lunch.

Undecided for tea-
Either Chilli, sw chips and salad
or
Spicy veg pasta sauce with tagliatelle and synned cheese sprinkled on top.
Pudding- sw syn free pancakes:D

Ham roll-ups with 5 x Laughing Cow Light triangles for lunch with loads of fruit! For tea I'm having salmon fillet and prawns with roasted med veg - yum xx

Lunch was homemade tomato soup with ww brown danish bread toasted and spread with LC xtra lights and some ham

Dinner is pork chop, dry roast potatoes, lots of veg and gravy (2 syns)

I'm only just getting round to having lunch now - been waiting sooo long!! My sandwiches seem boring in comparison to everyones exciting lunches! Wish I had brought in a curly wurly!

I am having J potato with yesterdays left over cauliflower and broccoli cheese with sweet corn and for dinner I am having grilled fish sw chips peas and salad
