every day i get 'mexican chicken' in my jacket potato for lunch, i asked the woman who runs the sandwich shop how many syns she thought it was (she is a fellow swer) and she said that for every 2kg of chicken she only uses 6oz (170g) of full fat mayo. im guessing that every portion i get is about 75g-ish so can anyone give me an approximate syn value for a portion, the other ingredients she tells me are all free - spices, chillies etc. but its very tasty!!
