Just in case any of you havent seen it, Lurpak have brought out a new butter, its called "Lightest"

its still not great on these tablets but i cant give my lurpak up, so ive gone from lurpak lighter to lightest....

How on earth does 40g fat per 100g come within the rules????!!!!

It might be 4 g fat per portion but most definitely not within xenical rules

I miss butter. i don't even use flora light anymore in my sandwhiches as i think its wasting my calories lol. i use no spread or butter now. x

I use vitalite spread on my sandwiches, its not within the rules but its dairy free and the only option I have apart from PURE which tastes rank.

About 2 days for me, depends on how quick your metabolism is.. Some times it 24 hours..

Generally I don't get an effect from lurpak lighter or from butter.. The amounts are so small 10g or less in a day.
