Lu's Food Diary (Lets keep it simple)

Hello everyone. I have been "going" for three weeks now and this week I have managed to GAIN weight. I don't understand as I have stuck to the plan to the letter. So I figured i would start a food diary and maybe someone can explain what is going on.

I am doing red days - my body isn't so good with carbs so that seemed the best plan.

So okay - today:

  • Apple
  • 2x Boiled Eggs
  • Chicken & Ham Salad
  • 60g coleslaw (5 syns)
  • Beef chilli with 20g reduced fat cheese (HalfHexA) sour cream and salsa (5 syns)
  • 2x Alpen Light (HexB)
  • Milk in tea (HalfHexA)

So I guess I am missing a HexB but seems nonsensical to go and eat a couple slices of bread for no reason.

I am so depressed to be going backwards.
