lol ..... Ive washed the whole family in my new soaps and shampoos now ... my other half was a bit worried though that he smells girly ... bless him!! He smells yummy!! My kids thought the shampoo bars were fab, they've only ever seen shampoo in bottles.

Hi Mocha, erm... nope! Sorry if I sound miserable, I feel sick tonight, I should be in bed but I've had stuff to do, I had a good sleep last night, still I'm tired.

I had a tetra frozen, I couldnt eat it all, I think that's what's made me feel ill. I don't think I can have any more of them even though I have a sweet tooth, they are too sickly for me. Still got fuzzy head, I felt better when I was out and about today though so not sure what it is really, got to be something to do with CD though.

So, I better go get my head down. Don't work too hard tomorrow Mocha, I hope you are resting as much as working, especially whilst on CD.

How are you feeling Mocha, are you in the 'feeling good' part of ketosis??
