I'm an "oldie" where minimins is concerned LOL But I have 47 weeks until my wedding, so I've rejoined SW as a new member. I want to look amazing in my wedding dress and I know slimming world is the only way to go:
 
Thursday 10th August 17

Breakfast

Overnight grape nuts - 40g grape nuts (HEB), 200g Alpro Vanilla yoghurt (3 syns), apple and pear (speed)

Lunch
Mixed bean casserole (butter and cannelloni beans (protein), onions, peppers, tomatoes, babycorn (speed).
Quavers (4.5 syns)
Mullerlight yoghurt (free).

Dinner
Jacket potato (free)
cottage cheese and tuna (protein)
lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber and babycorn (speed)
Spread (2 syns)

Snack
Almond milk (HEA)
Banana and grapes (free)
Satsuma (speed)
Alpen light bar (3 syns)
2 x Quorn cocktail sausages (1 syn)
1 x Sainsburys mini egg bites (1.5 syns).

Total syns for day - 15

Exercise - walking to and from work 60 mins.
