Tuesday 15th September Red Day

B - 28g Oat Crispies (HEXb) in skimmed milk (HEXa) and 1 Finn Crisp

L - 5 Dark Ryvitas (HEXb & 1.5 syns) with cottage cheese

S - 4 chocs (6 syns), crisps (5 syns)

T - Trout steak, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and sugarsnaps with lemon juice and soy sauce. Corn on the cob (1.5 syns) (Absolutely scrumptious!!!!)

S - Mullerlight x2.

Total syns is 14

Stupid snacks this afternoon!! What was I doing? Still I pulled myself back from the brink in time!!

Wednesday 16th September - Green day

B - 28g oats and muller (magic porridge) and one finn crisp (HEXb)

S - 3 ryvits high fibre crackerbred (1.5 syns), 1 hardboiled egg chopped in low fat cottage cheese.

L - Egg noodle salad, with 28g chicken (2.5 syns)

S - alpen Light (HEXb), banana

D - 1 slice of w/m bread (HEXb remainder), tinned spaghetti, poached egg, 2 FF yoghurts.

Hope those yoghurts are free but checking. Don't often have green day.s

( Total 4 syns I think, depends on yoghhurts)
 
Thursday 17th September. Red Day

B - Alpen Light

S - 3 ryvita crackerbread (1.5 syns), 1 hard boiled egg, 4 chocs (10 syns. Why? one would have been enough!)

L - 2 LF Sausages (2 syns) in 1 small slice of w/m bread (HEXb added to Alpen), and 1 Laughing cow Extra light triangle (1 syn)

S - Apple, banana

D - 2 small slices of w/m bread, with 56g LF cheese, an 3 rashers od lean bacon, toasted.

S - 2 x Mullerlight

Totay syns = 14.5 (Damn those chocs. One would ahve done, but no I ahd to have 4) Can't ahve that OPtions now but at east within 15 syns so not so bad!!

I also ran 6k on the treadmill in 36 mins, 15 mins climbing ands some weights and sit ups. Legs are aching now

Friday 18th September - Red Day

S - Free youghurt, 2 ryvitas (2.5 syns), 2 Extra light dairylea triangles (some of HEXa)

L - Banana. Can't eat too much off to gym at 1.00pm

S - Ryvita minis (HEXb), rest of cheese allowance for HEXa

D - lamb chops, butternut squAsh mash, green beans, mullerlight

Gym - 20 minutes on cross trainer, 20 minutes climbing, pressups and sit ups

Am I doing OK folks.

Saturday 19th September - 1st EE Day

B - MAgic porridge made with mullerlight

S - 2 Morrisons ES Sausages

L - 2 eat smart sausages

D - Chicken, mushroom, baby sweetcorn and butternut sqash curry made with 3 tbsp of masala paste, chopped toms and chilli powder. Only ate hlf of it so (2syns for paste), with wholegrain rice. I soo enjoyed that!!

S - 2 cocktail sausages. UUghh!! (2 syns) Ice lolly, only ate half (2 syns), 5 fruit gums (5 syns), options (2 syns).

Total syns 13.5 syns

I was so stressed and tearful with the girls earlier. Got myself in a real 2 and 8, but only ahd 5 sweets, and no wine!! Woop! Did OK there. Faltered and brought myself back

Sunday 20th Sept - Extra Easy

S - Half a packet of berry snack a jacks (2.5 syns)

L - Skin on potato wedges

S - Quality Streeet Big One caramel (9.5 syns) Why oh why!!! Mullerlight with anchor cream (1 syn)

D - Gammon, loads of veg, gravy (1 syn), banana and mullerlight, satsuma

I thought it was too good to be true. I can't eat these foods and lose weight!! I put on a lb this week! Now I don't know what to do, really don't want to gp back to starvation.

Monday 21st Sept - Extra Easy

B - 28g puffed wheat (HEXb) and milk HEBa)

S - fridge raiders (2.5 syns), banana, half choc cookie (5 syns)

Gym - 6.21k on treadmill in 36 minutes, 15 minutes climbing machine, weights and sit-ups Walked the dog for a couple of miles.

S - gammon, apple and satsuma

D - Chicken, butternut squash and mushroom curry with wholegrain rice, with tikka paste (1 syn), mullerlight and anchor squirty cream (1 syn)

Supper - The rest of the curry and rice. Yum yum. Don't usually do that and feel bad, but only 0.5 syn at most for paste. I used 3 tblespoon at 1 syn a t a time. Counted 2 syns yesterday, so 1 for today.

Total syns - 11.5

It's no more than 10 a day for the rest of the week, and make up for today so average is no more than 10. I am determined to amke this work, and will do red days for the rest of the week

D - Sea bream, Salad, EL mayo (0.5syns)

Exrecise - 3 mile brisk walk, 1 mile leisurely walk

Wednesday 23rd Sept - Red Day

B- 28g puffed wheat. (HEXb) with milk (HEXa). oaty bar (HEXb)

S - 1 hobnob (3.5 syns), 8 liquorice allsorts (8 syns) Why oh why. So not worth it!!!

Early lunch - poached salmon with salad, no dressing, banana

Gym - 10km in 58 mins. Yeah!! Not done that in ages!!! 15 minutes climbing machine

S - 2 crispbreads (remaining from HEXb), 2 Extra light dairylea triangles (HEXa)

D - Sea bream cooked in leomon juice with tomatoes, and sugarsnaps with salad and balsamic vinegar

S - Mullerlight

Still less than 15 syns even with my slip up, and surely 10km running can counteract some of those syns. He he

Thursday 24th September - Red Day

BAd Day

I went out, then straight to my 1st ever class, then Tesco. I've missed ea. Putting kids to bed now, can't be bothered with cooking, and cupboards are bare. Should ahve bought some food while in Tesco.

B - 28g puffed wheat (HEXb), milk (HEXa)

S - 2 scan bran with 2 EL Diary Lea triangles. 2 liquorice (2 syns)

L - 42 g reduced fat cheese (HEXa) on 2 slices of wm toast (HEXb)and a tin of mackeral.

D - 2 Hifi bar 11 syns, mullerlight

Total 13 syns

Not nearly enough free food, no veg, no fruit. Not good!!
 
Friday 25th Sept - Red Day

B - 28g puffed wheat (HEXb) milk (HEXb)

S - 2 scan bran (HEXb remainder) with 1 Extra Light dairy lea (HEXa remainder), banana, 1 square of choc (2 syns)

L - smoked mackeral (1 syn) salad

Gym - 6.2k in 36 mins, weights and sit ups

S - Hifi bar (HEXb), walked the dog with kids then 1 Alpen Light (3.5 syns)

D - 4 morrisons eat smart sausages, 2 lean bacon, 1 poached egg, tinned tomatoes

HEXa is skimmed milk in tea

Breakfast at 8.15 am - poached egg and lean bacon

Elevenses - hard boiled egg, lean bacon in a w/m roll 57g (HEXb), mullerlight.

Lunch at 12.00 - chicken salad, 1 tabesp on homous (2 syns), 2 satsumas.

Mid afternoon - 8 crab sticks, 1 jaffa cake (2 syns), banana

Tea - steak stirfry with with loads of stir fry veg, lemon juice and soy sauce and Nandos peri peri sauce (1 syn).

I still ahve a HEXb to go. Might ahve a hifi bar crumbled over strawberries and mullerlight. ALso might ahve an options hot chocolate at 2 syns.

That would make 7 syns for the day.

T - salmon (They come in packs of two), peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and cottage cheese.

Snacks chews (4 syns) 2 Aunt bessies chips (2 syns)

Wednesday 14th Oct - red day

B - 2 weetabix (HEXb) milk (HEXa)

L - 5 scan bran with cottage cheese

T - Baxters Minestrone (HEXb), yoghurt, satsumas

Snacks - hard boiled eggs 28 g cheese.

Not a brilliant day, but ran 10km and hardly had tiome for tea at all.

Thursday 15th October - Red Days
