    After many months of doing sw from home with the help of minimins, i thought its about time i did write a food diary to help me stay on track.

    11.01.2010.
    green day.
    250mls semi-skimmed milk used throughout day (he A) in coffee.
    Breakfast.
    Magic porridge (hexb)
    banana
     
    lunch
    anisley spice sensation cous cous ( 2 syns )
    chickpea dalh
    snack
    4 small satsumers
    42g lowfat cheese ( heA)
    Pickled onions
    DINNER
    Cheesy pasta mash pie and baked beans
    chocolate scan bran cake ( heb+ 6 syns)
    defrosted summer fruits
    toped with choc and vanilla cherry layer muller light (1 syn )
    and 0% total.

    Tuesday 12.01.2010
    Geen day.
    250mls semi-skimmed milk used throughout day (he A) in coffee.

    3 egg omelette( small eggs ) with mushrooms. mixed with spoonfull of quark black peper and garlic granuals
    baked beans
    2 slices ww wholemeal bread (heb)
    1 laughing cow light cheese (1.5 syn)
     
    Lunch
    pot of good for you pineapple cottage cheese ( 3 Syns )
    7 rivita whole grain cracker bread ( heb) opps + ! syn as i forgot you can only have 6 now (1 Syn )
    banana with vanilla muller light and o% total
     
    Dinner
    mixed roasted veg and peas
    tbsp helmans light ( 2syns)
    mixed summer fruits with meringue nest ( 2.5 syns ) toped with 0%

    Wednesday 13.01.2010
    Red day.
    250ml semi-skimmed milk (HeA)
    BREAKFAST.
    28g puffed wheat with milk from allowance.
    Dentist this morning so could not have anything else till lunch time :-(
     
    LUNCH.
    Spicy carrot soup
    left over roasted veg from yesterday without the potatoes and parsnips
    seafood sticks.
     
    Dinner
    Roast chicken
    roasted swede, butternut squash, carrots
    brocoli.

    do you think this is ok as i'm not sure on extra easy but didnt want to miss out on my roast after 2 weeks of being quite good. so made sure i ate loads of veg.

    I'm trying extra easy this week, do you think iv done ok today?

    Lunch
    Large bowl of defrosted summer fruits

    Go Ahead yogurt break forest fruit ( 4 syns )
    Dinner

    old roast pork
    sw chips
    baked beans.
    left over brocoli peas cabbage and added a onion and stir fried.
    frozen grapes while watching telly.

    Looks good to me chelle, I have been contemplating having a go at EE and have been reading up on it and from what I can see I give it the thumbs up :D
