M and S fuller for longer

Hi

I am starting tomorrow and wondered if anyone could tell me the lowest syn fuller for longer meals in red days? I work two jobs from 8am till 11pm and find these a god send during the week! I have heard some are quite low on red....

The roasted chicken with orzo pasta is 6.5 that's the lowest one and the others are all quite high!
