I got a box of M&S Belgian Collection biscuits for Christmas and I am going to put them out tomorrow night when I have some friends round. Unfortunately there is no nutritional information on the pack or on the M&S website. If I want to have one or two, are there certain ones that are better than others, and how many syns should I count do you think? Here's a list of the different varieties:
- Thin biscuit half coated in dark chocolate and sprinkled with coconut
- Cocoa and almond soft eating heart shaped biscuits
- Crunchy cinnamon and demerara sugar biscuit
- Light crisp biscuit curl
- Belgian milk chocolate coated biscuit decorated with dark chocolate
- Thin vanilla buttery biscuit fully coated with dark chocolate and decorated with white chocolate
- Cocoa cream filled wafer covered in belgian white chocolate
- Belgian milk chocolate set on a crisp biscuit
- Belgian dark chocolate set on a crisp biscuit
- Pecan nut cookie
