M&S chicken and cous cous

I had this at lunch today and thought it should be free on extra easy, but syn calculator says 9 syns, I am confused.

It was just cous cous, lentils and chicken with low fat yoghurt and lemon dressing. I had 1/2 of thw whole thing, would this count as free foods?

I'm not sure about that specific meal, but I know a lot of ready made foods like that have oil added and other hidden things that all count as syns. Sounds yum though, shame if it does have 9 syns!!
Oooh just had another thought, did u put in the calculator that it had free food in such as the cous cous or the chicken? (whichever there is most of) that will make the syns less as that counts if the biggest ingredient is a free food. hth xxx

Look at the ingredients on the back, the first ingredient listed is the greater amount. If this ingredient is a free food this is what you enter into the free food allowance drop down menu in the syns calculator. X
