Hi I was wondering if anyone knew the syn value in m&s chili and corriander noodles, there fresh and over beside the stir fry things any help on these would be much appreciated as I love them in stirfrys x
I've looked on the app, i cant seem to find it. All they have is 'M&S Count on us chilli and coriander prawns with sweet chilli dip chilled 120g pack = 3.5 syns' :/ not that it helps haha
