Now I am would normally never ever ever eat a ready meal but recently with being on xenical there are times when a ready meal would be perfect.
And m&s have come to my rescue....macoroni cheese, thai green curry, paella, I'm in heaven.

And much to my delight......CRISPS!!!!! under 5%

I have now taken residence in M&S:eatdrink051:

I have actually been eating alot of ready meals since being on xenical, mainly cos i am not a great cook so cannot think up low fat meal ideas alone and i am yet to find a cook book that has less than 5% recipes!! I am really enjoying the meals though to be honest quick easy tasty and feels like i am not missing out!

Crisps though thats fab i really fancied some cheese and onion earlier.. i may have to venture in!!

I have been eating asda ready meals, chicken korma lasagner paella etc all very yummy!

I've been using Ainsley Harriotts- Low Fat Meals In Minutes.
Each dish has nutrition notes. i.e... Cals and fat per serving.
We have tried lot's of the recipes and so far haven't had any oil problems:)

It's on Amazon at £6.49 and is delivered free in the UK .

I`ll have a look on Play.com as it`s often cheaper than Amazon and free P+P x
