M&S Super Fibre Porridge Oats

Hi lovelies,

I was wondering if anyone could be so kind as to tell me whether these can be used at HExB?

There's no added flavourings or anything - just plain wholegrain porridge oats with added fibre - surely a good thing, right?!

You can have 35g of unflavoured porridge oats as a healthy extra B, so I would say yes.
