M&S Yog

Hi ladies
Another question on the yoghurt minefield! Asked a colleague to pick me up a vanilla muller at lunch and she brought me back the M&S Count of Us version instead. It’s obviously their copy-even the pot shape is similar – but when I looked at the ingredients it has fructose, rice starch and sucralose which all sound very anti-Dukan. However, when I compared the nutritional information it seems to come out a bit better. See below (per 100g)

Calories: Muller 53g M&S 44g
Protein: Muller 3.9g M&S 4.4g
Carbs: Muller 8.5g M&S 5.0g
Sugars Muller 7.4g M&S 4.2g
Fat Muller 0.1g M&S 0.2g

What do you reckon – will I risk it?!

They are so similar, I would if there was nothing else available x

I use the m&s low calorie pro biotic yogurts for baking very yummy but if I started stalling I would begrudgingly use total (can't stand total personally adding favours don't work) not advising to use it it's just the only plain one I like
