"Machine" latte

Hello

I'm in work this morning (very shortly actually need to kick my ass into gear lol!!) but a "treat" I always have if I do an early on a weekend is breakfast (which is good because I have adapted to an original day) and a latte from the machine , which is lovely, and so much nicer than my usual Nescafe, hence the treat!

How do I syn the coffee please? Its a medium sized and the only thing I know is it is made from "real beans"

No way of knowing for sure but the Kilx ones are 2.5. Perhaps take your own latte sachet then at least you would be sure of the syns
