blown it big time cheated yest after a row and its carried on all day to, ant tips on how i can get back on track
 
Think about how much youv'e lost and ask yourself do you want to regain it as you have worked so hard to lose it. Its done now forget it and work towards the next 10 pounds off not on. Well done hun. xxx

I always, wright down everything you have eaten, no missing anything, and then work out the syn's you willbe horrified and want to do better before WI
 
its something i need to cope with as i am an emotional eater
