Magazine recipes

IN the magazine, do the recipes contain the 1/3 super free on the ee plan, or do u need to add them xxx
 
I think they generally do (eg including onions & spinach in rice, onions & tomatoes in curry/bol mixes etc etc) but tbh I think you have to use your own judgment. eg fish & chips is never going to be SF-friendly and they'll hide a photo of a pile of salad in the corner or something. 1/3 of your plate needs to be superfree fruit & veg, If you think the recipe has that in already, great, if it doesnt you need some on the side.
 
Use your judgement but if there is not enough don't worry too much. You can have fruit as dessert or the odd meal without superfree will do you no harm. Even SW has EE meals with no superfree :)
