Extra Easy Maintain :/

I I was really good this week usually go out 2 nights a weekend only went out 1 night an no Easter eggs or chocolate, was a member of slimming world before and lost 2stone 9lb this time its very slow coming off I've lost 13lb in 9 weeks and maintened this weekend how can I speed it up a bit?
 
13 lbs in 9 weeks is really good so you should feel proud! I hope i have lost that much by my 9th week! Sometimes for no reason you just maintain, I bet next week you will see a loss. I always think its best to look at your monthly loss rather than weekly as sometimes when you're good it doesn't seem to come off til the next week. I think if you lost weight any quicker then it's not something you would be able to maintain for very long. Just remember that the slower it comes off the longer it stays off :)

Maybe it has nothing to do with this week - if you've been going out two nights a week previously then perhaps it's starting to catch up with you, who knows. I'd just stick to the plan again this week and see how you get on. There are dozens of reasons you could have maintained.
 
You're losing on average 1.5lbs a week! That's perfect! You're doing great! :)
I don't know how much you want to lose, but at your current pace you will have lost over 2 stone by the summer...that's a fantastic achievement and you'll notice the difference!

Do you drink plenty of water? and any body magic/exercise to help boost your losses?...
 
That weight loss speed is fine. I wish mine would go that fast. Be happy you are losing that much, I wouldn't even attempt to speed it up at that rate.
 
Thanks everyone! Yeah I have about 2 stone to loose, so maybe it's harder, don't usually drink a lot of water but did last week as thought wasn't drinking enough so was shocked then when I maintained, as a drank a lot more water, don't really exercise much must start using wii fit
