Hi i received free samples yesterday but it is for maintenance as there is no chemist near me that does it they say that you have food with it is this right if i have to eat food then that is no use to me going to phone them in the morning i am desperate to get this weight of,

so if i send for the maintenace i can use just that and not food i am 12st 4 lb i go away on the 12 june and want to lose some of it by then how do you give them you weight then

Yeah hun! i dont think you can be weighed when using maintenance to be honest. maybe check but if not then pick a certain day and time to weigh youself each week and do the same thing each week before you weigh ie same clothes, same time, go to the loo etc xx

The caramel bars are lovely! The choc whip is quite nice too and i could tolerate the fruit one! Didnt try the orange or soup hun..good luck with the soup lol when you starting? xx
