My problem yesterday was 1. I didn't plan my food, 2. I never had breakfast, and 3 I was sort of winging if through the day as was outta my routine with me being off work. Hubby brought in a DVD to watch along with some choc and I was too weak to say no. 
 
I've planned today's food, so it'll hopefully be better xxx
