Maintenance?

Just wondering as I left WW before maintenance - Is it just that you add on 4 more point a day?

Also what about exercise points?

Also can you still add activity? I do alot of exercise.

My leader says add the new extra points slowly not all straight away.

don't know about activity points as i never would eat them points to scared lol x
